• Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to extract data from the Site at a volume or frequency that degrades service for other users

• Misrepresent information from the Site as official CMS guidance or as professional medical, coding, or legal advice
• Use the Site to violate any applicable law or regulation

3. Data and intellectual property

The underlying HCPCS Level II code data, descriptions, modifiers, and transaction records displayed on this Site are public-domain works of the U.S. government and are not owned by HCPCSwise. The Site's design, layout, original text, and software are the property of HCPCSwise and may not be copied or reproduced without permission, except as necessary for normal personal use of the Site (e.g., browser caching).
